Fruzzoo is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India from our fulfillment center located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Delhivery.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location:
Metro Cities: 4–6 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including logistics delays or weather conditions.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing:
The tracking ID, and
A link to track your shipment on Delhivery’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.
7. Delivery Attempts
Delhivery will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails after all attempts, the package may be returned to us (RTO).
If an order is returned due to non-delivery, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges may apply.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Fruzzoo is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:
Incorrect address
Incorrect pincode
Invalid or unreachable phone number
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions
Public holidays or festivals
Operational issues at the courier level
Remote location constraints
Fruzzoo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors but will assist in tracking your order if needed.
10. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect/incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Customer refusal to accept the order
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipping the product will require additional payment.
